Elegant aromas of blackberry, lavender, and bright vanilla bean. The palate follows suit, with blueberry and blackberry notes, layered with dark chocolate and lingering fennel. The dark fruit finish is complemented by balanced tannins, a mineral streak, and a touch of cedar.
