2021 Certified Organic Pinot Noir

Aromas of ripe strawberry, plum, and cherry with a slight touch of mint. On the palate, flavors of dark plum, red cherry, licorice and mint develop nicely with lingering notes of mint and forest floor, finishing with balanced acidity and medium-bodied tannins.

Made with 100% USDA Certified Organic wine grapes.

100% Rivercrest Vineyard Pinot Noir, Columbia Valley, Oregon

Winemaker's Notes

The Pinot Noir was fermented with PDM yeast in our stainless steel upright fermenters to enhance the richness of this varietal.  100% malolactic fermentation was completed in upright stainless-steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel.
