2018 Horse Heaven Hills Red Blend

Bold layered aromatics of blackberry, cassis, and cherry blossom along with a touch of cedar and spice. On the palate, diverse flavors of black raspberry and plum with a hint of dark chocolate are followed by anise and hints of nutmeg notes. Classic Horse Heaven Hills structure supports a well-balanced finish that features lingering earthy tannins alongside a sturdy backbone of acidity.

Blend: 57% Cabernet Franc, 27% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec

Vineyard: 100% Champoux Vineyard, Horse Heaven Hills AVA

Barrel Aging: 34 months in 15% new French oak and 85% neutral French oak
