NV Organic Pure Red

This wine opens with an array of aromatics, including dark plum and blackberry followed by lingering hints of vanilla, chocolate, and lavender on the nose. The complex dark fruit character carries through to the palate with black fruits alongside a hint of white pepper and rose petal, braced by a medium tannin structure that leads into a round and balanced finish.

51% Certified Organic Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Certified Organic Pinot Noir, 17% Certified Organic Syrah, & 12% Certified Organic Malbec

WINEMAKER’S NOTES

We harvested the different varietals starting in early October while using PDM and EC118 yeasts on all components with fermentation completed in temperature controlled stainless steel upright tanks.
